24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Indira Gandhi University, Meerpur.
Eligibility Criteria
The minimum educational qualification required for selection to 2 years B. Ed. course in both the Govt. as well as the private sector will be the same as prescribed by the N.C.T.E. from time to time.
The minimum and upper age limits required for the selection of candidates for the 2-year B.Ed established in both the Govt. and private sector will be between 17-40 years, or as prescribed by the state Government from time to time. The upper age limit shall be relaxable by Five Years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/IRD categories only. There will be no age limit for the candidates belonging to the category of Ex-servicemen.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
