Manipal Hospitals run the Presidency University in-campus medical centre. A doctor and a nurse are provided for the care of students. Here, basic life support, 10 inpatient beds, and a 24-hour ambulance facility are available. Counselling services and proper medical care ensure that student health comes foremost.

The university offers a reliable means of transport for students and staff to ensure safe and comfortable travel between the campus and nearby locations. Special weekend transport services cater to female students, which helps in carrying out shopping and other necessary activities.

Presidency University's two dedicated blocks have high-class IT infrastructure, consisting of 48 labs and 2800 computers, all configured to the latest configuration. Computer labs are vast and well-ventilated with high-speed internet connectivity so that students can work on high-end projects related to their academics and practical needs.

The girls' hostel has an accommodation of 450 girls with furnished rooms; they will be provided with furniture along with Wi-Fi facilities, a cot, chair, cupboard, and more. Common rooms, indoor games, and dining areas are available. Transport is also provided on weekends to visit nearby Yelahanka town for shopping. All the facilities are also provided inside the hostel. They provide hot and cold drinking water.

The university moot court offers a site for practical experience in the legal field through imitation of an actual court scenario. Professional practice within advocacy, public speaking, and even critical thinking makes them competitive in relation to the factors of the career they want.

Presidency University Alumni Association maintains strong ties between past and present students.
