Ph.D. program in Law Part-Time shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned and offered by the RIMT University, Gobindgarh.


Eligibility Criteria

Master’s Degree in the concerned/allied discipline with at least 55% marks. Candidates who have appeared in the final examination can apply provisionally. 

Candidates who have qualified for NET /SLET are exempted from the entrance test. But they must appear for a personal interview.
