Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya, Durg Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College has the facility of a male hostel. Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya Durg hostels for men are located about 200 meters to the north of the college campus. There are about 50 seats available in the men's hostel.

Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya Durg has the facility of a women's hostel. which is known as the Yashomati Women's Hostel. Currently, the hostel has 60 seats.

The College has a rich library facility with books, journals, research papers, and journals of various faculties. There is also a facility to read and issue books in the library. There is also a reading room in the Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya library, where students can make good use of time by reading books, magazines, and newspapers during leisure time. 

The College has sports facilities for all students. Playgrounds for football, cricket, kho-kho, and volleyball are available on the college campus.

The College has Two computer centres have been set up in the college with a view to making available modern resources of education for the students. Not only is an internet facility available here but through compulsory teaching of computers, students are also made aware of the latest methods of research and knowledge.  

The College has a canteen facility, which is known as "Annapurna". Breakfast is arranged here. Food arrangements are also made by the students.

The College has a departmental-based laboratory equipped and equipped with modern equipment in the subjects of computer science, chemistry, physics, botany, zoology, home science, and geography.  

Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya Durg has an auditorium equipped with all modern facilities.The auditorium has a seating capacity of about 600 students and it conducts all the major events at the college.

The College has a health center with a first aid facility for the students. Serious cases can be transferred to the nearest hospital by the college's reference.

The College has campus has its own guest house equipped with modern facilities. Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya guest room welcomes all visitors from student's and faculty's families.

The College has a bus facility available for students and teachers in the college. Bus service is scheduled for Durg-Bhilai and surrounding areas.

The College has a Gym facility for the students. Shaildevi Mahavidyalaya has an open gym where all the students can train safely. Every gym equipment is available in the gym.
