Let me guess that you are differentiating between Shimoga Institute of Medical Sciences and Belgaum Institute of Medical Science. Both the colleges are good . In shimoga fees for MBBS course is nearly 67000 for 1st year whereas in Belgaum the complete fees for MBBS is around 3.7 lakhs.
Environment wise both the colleges are good. Infrastructure and facilities in both the colleges are good. But Shimoga is somewhat better in terms of placement then Belgaum . Education quality is good in both the colleges. But Shimoga is just a little step ahead then Belgaum.
