The College has Library is well equipped with more than 17336 books, including reference books like Encyclopedia (92), Dictionaries, Rare Books, etc., and Journals fulfill the information needs of the students and teachers by providing access to its vast resources. The Library is planning to subscribe to more Journals of NCERT and NCTE.  To meet the daily information needs of the students & teachers, it has subscribed to newspapers.

The college has Motive of the placement cell is to act as a facilitator to arrange campus visits and coordinate the recruitment process of the prospective employers of graduating students of the college.

The College has a National Service Scheme, under the Ministry of Youth Affairs & Sports, Government of India, popularly known as NSS, which was formally launched on 24^th  September, 1969, the birth centenary year of ‘The Father of the Nation,’ Mahatma Gandhi. Gandhi Ji was the person who had inspired the Indian youth to participate in the movement for India’s independence and the social upliftment of the downtrodden masses of our nation. Aimed at developing students' personality through community service, NSS is a voluntary association of young people. NSS provides an opportunity to the student-youth of schools, Institutions, colleges, and university-level level of India to take part in various government-led community service activities & programmes. The NSS Unit of Shree Ramakrishna B. T. College, Darjeeling, started operating from August 2023. This NSS Unit is approved & under the Baba Saheb Ambedkar Education University. The NSS Unit is determined to participate & conduct various events like community services, various programmes, Awareness, health & medical related camp, social welfare projects, Special Camping Programmes, demonstrations, rallies, seminars, workshops, and other related activities. The NSS Unit of Shree Ramakrishna B. T. College, Darjeeling, provides a platform to the students for community work and developing a sense of involvement in the tasks of nation-building. NSS volunteers work to ensure that the needy get help to enhance their standard of living.
