Shri Indra Ganesan Institute of Medical Science College of Pharmacy, Tiruchirappalli Facilities Details: Hostel, Campus, Infrastructure, Library, Canteen

The College's primary aim of the library is to support the students of the institution in their education. In our college, the collection of the library includes Books, Journals, Magazines, Question Bank, newspapers, Back files, and other rare collections.

Our college library has more than 5000 Books with 800+ titles. International and national & e-journals are subscribed and a digital library is available.

The College has a well-equipped laboratory for students to do practical training with all kinds of basic to advanced equipment. Research and development facilities are also available in the laboratory. It is intended for students and staff of the college. Labs are constructed with water points and proper ventilation. We have a separate area for different purposes like a Balance room, Machine Room, and Instrumentation Room.  

The college classrooms are one of the core platforms where effectual learning is offered. All the classrooms are fully equipped with modern smart class features to enrich teaching and learning. Classrooms have been designed with possible care to ensure effective learning by all the students from qualified and dedicated teachers.

The College has buses which are made available to the students and staff members for commuting not only from various points in the city but also from sub-urban areas. This facility enables us to start the classes on time, thereby helping the academic program. Bus facilities are available in & around all places across Trichy.

The college has a boys’ hostel facility, which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Their stay in the hostel enables them to imbibe a different lifestyle and be involved in activities such as yoga, meditation, sports, music, etc..  

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students. Their stay in the hostel enables them to imbibe a different lifestyle and be involved in activities such as yoga, meditation, sports, music, etc..

The college has sports facilities for all students.

The college has a health center with a first aid facility for the students.

The college has an excellent IT Infrastructure facility for the students.

The college has two cafeterias spread across the campus. These cafeterias cater for refreshments and eatables to the students, hostellers, faculty, and the operating staff respectively. The cafeterias are very spacious to accommodate a large number of students and also have comfortable seating arrangements. The whole ambiance of the cafeterias is so soothing and delightful that it tempts you to come here again and again.  

The college has guest house/waiting room facilities for visiting faculty and student family members.
