JSS College of Pharmacy, Ooty provides its students with infrastructure built in a serene campus of 6.2 acres exclusive to the Pharmacy discipline. JSSCP Ooty facilities are hostels for boys and girls, library, sports, medical, gym and others.JSS College of Pharmacy facilities are provided for the overall development of the students.

JSS college of pharmacy facilities for its students as it houses a Health Centre and Pharmacy, cultural clubs, common rooms and food court and cafeteria on the campus. JSS College of Pharmacy College also provides 24x7 Research facilities to facilitate quality research in pharmaceutical sciences and practice.

Boys Hostel
JSS College Ooty has residential facilities on campus for about 600 students and 30 staff members. The hostel facility is provided to boys and girls. The rooms are well built and furnished, to maintain a comfortable stay for the hostelers. The hostels have separate kitchens serving pure vegetarian food under clean and hygienic conditions.
Girls Hostel
JSSCP Ooty has a separate hostel for girls students. The girls hostel can accommodate more than two hundred fifty students. Girls hostel rooms are well furnished and it has a mess that serves pure vegetarian food.
Medical/Hospital
JSS College Ooty has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with SM Hospital Nilgiri to provide around the clock healthcare facility to its students. The hospital provides advanced care in specialities such as Cardiology, Gynaecology and Obstetrics.
Gym
A well equipped gym is available within the campus for students. The gym has aerobic machines, weight machines and free weights that can be used by students to workout.
Library
JSSCPO library is called the Information Resource Centre which aims to provide its students and faculty a space supporting teaching, learning and research purposes. JSS College Ooty library holds printed and electronic resources which include print books and journals, e-books, e-journals, CDs/ DVDs, dictionaries, encyclopaedias and various pharmaceutical discipline-related volumes.
Sports
The college encourages mental and physical balance among its students, thus JSS College of Pharmacy Ooty has indoor as well as outdoor sports facilities. The outdoor sports activities are laid out in the permanent multi-purpose grounds utilised for playing as well as hosting athletic tournaments like cricket, basketball, volleyball or football.

JSS College of Pharmacy has a modern computer centre to provide best technical support to the students.
Cafeteria
