The College Library has an advisory Committee established as per stipulated norms. The advisory committee consists of a principal as chairperson and a librarian acting as member secretary. Two faculty members each new from social science and language subjects are the members of the library advisory committee. The library advisory Committee is to administer all its functions and transact business through meetings. Session wise two meetings are conducted in the year.

The College In the academic year 2008-09 the Arts College, Jarud participated in various games activities like Cricket, volleyball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho, etc. organized by S.G.B. Amravati University, Amravati. Also, the students participated in different sports competitions organized by different sports organizations at the local level. On the occasion of Dr. Bhausaheb Deshmukh's birth anniversary, the college organized a sports competition for students. The Certificate is issued to the participating students.
