SIGA College of Education, Villupuram is the oldest institution in India offering training for the future teachers. Located in Kappiyampuliyur Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram district, Tamil Nadu, it runs Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) programme that is duly recognised by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
