Located at 7-1-C, Gujjala Saraladevi Nagar, Gooty Road, Old Town, Anantapur, this affiliated college works under the approval of the Indian Nursing Council. Compact learning environment—the 1.08 acres campus—this institute is meant for aspiring nurses. The college currently has 252 students, with a faculty of 36 experienced professionals at the back of the institution to ensure a very favourable student-to-teacher ratio for personalised attention and quality education. 

    Sri Sai College of Nursing takes pride in offering facilities toward raising the learning experience and overall development of its students. The girls' hostel inside the campus is ensured to have a safe and comfortable living environment with 24-hour electricity, mineral water supply, and additional facilities such as a stationery shop and gym. Contributing toward the pursuit of academic excellence, the college also maintains a well-stocked library with a vast collection of nursing books, journals, and internet-enabled computers for research studies. It also maintains well-equipped departmental laboratories, which form a very essential part of hands-on training in nursing practices. It has an on-campus health centre, which provides first-aid facilities backed by clinical attachments for practical training in students' health and wellness. At the same time, the sports facilities and a well-equipped gym are available for keeping students physically fit. 

    The Sri Sai College of Nursing offers these two comprehensive nursing programmes: the four-year full-time B.Sc Nursing course, as well as the two-year full-time Post Basic B.Sc Nursing course. The intake capacity for B.Sc. Nursing is 50 students, while for Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing, it is 20. The courses give equal importance to the conceptual framework and practice related to nursing, preparing students for the emerging challenges in healthcare. It is specialises in these two specialised programmes, after which the college then allows concentration with regard to nursing education, thus ensuring that those who graduate have acquired all necessary knowledge and skills in that field.
