About Cutoff at Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore

Every year, Srishti Manipal Institute of Art, Design and Technology, Bangalore releases a new cutoff marks list. Students need to score at least cutoff marks or more in the UCEED entrance examination. This entrance exam is conducted to filter the candidates and give admissions to various undergraduate designing courses. Candidates who score a cutoff mark are allotted seats easily in the university. Film students experience at Srishti

College Infrastructure

As a student of film, the availability of equipment was always limited. The demand was higher than the availability. This in turn limited hands on experience at an institute level. There was a shortage of shooting equipment, lenses, lights, cameras and most students had to rely on their own DSLRs. The college does not have a hostel but PGs that are independently run, which are hit and miss, depending on the student’s luck. This is a big disadvantage.
