24 MonthsM.Sc. - Master of Science in Medical Microbiology is a 3 year post-graduate degree program designed to impart knowledge of different medical and molecular aspects of immunology, mycology, virology, and bacteriology to infection. This program provides students with the knowledge of diagnosing and treating diseases caused by bacteria, fungi and parasites. This program is particularly designed for Microbiologists aspiring for a career in clinical sciences or academic and industrial microbiology.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age : 21 years on or before 31st December of year of Admission
- Qualification : B.Sc. Zoology / Microbiology / Chemistry / Medical Laboratory Technology / Biotechnology / Life Sciences or BDS
- Medium of Study : English
- Score : Not less than second class in qualifying examination Undergraduate degree from a recognized University with minimum with 50% marks or CGPA 5.0 in case of students from foreign universities they should have qualifications recognized as equivalent to an under graduate degree. Candidate must possess both Physical and Mental fitness to undergo the academic course and does not suffer from any intellectual disability or contagious disease.
