As college is very old but the facilities are very good. Equipment in this college are in excellent conditions. Laboratories are available but we never went to them. library is very big but very old. wifi is not available.
The quality of teaching there for bcom was very good. Teachers there are well qualified and knows every aspects of business teaching. they were really quality teachers. curriculum there was as per the university guidelines.
quality of placements there was very poor. its harsh but true. this college does not have any kind of placements, so no one got placed from there. there was no average or no highest package. placement cell is present but no placement from college.
Yes college is very good in facilities and infrastructure. It is almost 200 years old still maintained in good condition. Classroom of this college is very good. Wifi not available in this college. Everything else is updated.
I have done my bachelor's of commerce (bcom) from here as I wanted to do my MBA from a good college. The quality of teaching here for bcom is very good. Teachers are very supportive here and curriculum is also good.
Only problem here is placements as there are very low or no placements at all. No students got placed here as only name of placements cell is present here only no placement are happen or nothing they help to us.
The college infrastructure is good. All the facilities are available. Libraries are well maintained and well equipped. Sport centre is also very good because students do get an opportunity to play higher level games including state and national.
I would say that academics are good. Teachers all are great. The quality of teaching is indeed very understandable. Yes, all the recent developments in my field are available and we also get e-magazines for our respective subjects.
I do not remember the highest salary offered but I would say the placements are also good. The companies who offer jobs are well-known. Experience for placements is not important. Knowledge is more important for being placed.
St. Johns is actually valuable for money. Because it takes what it gives. My course cost ₹14250/yr. Every course has different fee structure and all the facilities they provide us is more than the amount they take.
Activities like football, basket ball , marathon , kho-kho, fest, dance , singing, mehendi and other competitions are held by the college every year. Apart from this, there are co-currical activities like NCC etc.
Overall, it is a very great college. It is affordable and has a great campus life.
This college was so awesome. It is built in 18th century but still more stronger than new age colleges. Classes are so big and airy that you do not require any AC. labs are there in the college. Library are also available here very big and old.
I did my Bachelor of Commerce from this college. and the quality of the teaching here is very high quality as teachers here are very good and knowledgable. they helps us a lot in learning new things. curriculum is also very up to date.
The quality of placements here are very good if we look what we are paying then only. like our fees was around 5-6 thousands per annum and for that our average package for our batch was 4 lakhs per annum. and highest was 6 lakhs per annum.
No, not all but has all the basic infrastructure, facilities and equipments there in campus for us. Classrooms are also very big and clean, labs are there but in science department we were in commerce. Wifi is not available in campus.
I have done my BCOM from there to do masters as i know there is not a good placements in college. the quality of teaching is good. The curriculum is also updated as per the University grants commission guidelines.
The quality of placements are average as it is government college they only focuses on studies. 50% of the students got placed as it was bcom, the average placements are around 3.5 lakhs highest was 4.5 lakhs.
Yes college has a good infrastructure but not that all facilities in campus as it is government college so do not expect much of facilities like AC and all but basics are all there. Classrooms are good they are very big, i don't know much about laboratries as i was in bcom.
I have done Bcom from there to study for MBA. Quality of teaching is good as teachers are very experienced and good in nature. Curriculum is also good as it is as per the B.R. Ambedkar university guidelines.
To be honest the quality of placements are not that good. As it is an government college you need to upskill yourself to get a good placements. Average placements are around 2-3 lakhs per annum for the bcom batch. I was placed for 5.5 lakhs.
Yes my college have all necessary equipments and facilities that required in our eduction for example our laboratories have all the s ientific instruments , library have all related books ... proper hygiene being maintained in the collrgecby the staff as well tge cleaning faculty of the college
I am studied bsc mathematics here good quality of teaching being here in the name of updation till now updation is not being done so far but for the new adapted system updated syllabus being circulated
As my college is not a technical college so not too good placements had been done here but someplacements fone for telecommunication executive and some rozgar mela had been organised here for many students for placement purpose
My course costs 13000 per year it ix money worthy definitely
Campus life is quite good here i myself enjoyed a lot here and we can engage in different activities like ncc , nss , basket ball , tennis etc
I enjoyed here a lot and learned a lot
college was so good. we love the college, facilities were not that good but the college was awesome. smart board is not available. hostel is also not available but yes it was wdll maintained by the authorities.
I did my graduation from there it was a good place to learn as teachers are very experienced and teaches the updated curriculum to students. college is also updating as it was built around more than 175 years ago.
placement are okay not that bad in comparison to what you are paying the fees for the whole course was around 12k so it was worth money for us. we love that place so much. placement process was easy as i got a placement of around 5 lakhs after bcom so from my point of view i will definitely suggest you this college.
St johns college was a good place to go. It has all the basic infrastructure in college, the faculty is also good and polite and also very experienced one. sports area is so good you have such a big area where you can play any outdoor sport.
I have studied B.com from there the teachers are good, i did my graduation from st johns because of it is good place to study. Curriculum is updated as per the UGC guidelines. frankly speaking, this college is not gonna make you job ready, so come at your own risk.
Placements are not that good join college only if you have a family business or you just want to enjoy because this college won't provide you much. average placements would be around 3-4 LPA. from 220 batch around 40 only students sit on placements and almost all get placed.
my fees for whole course was around 14000, which was good as compare to other government colleges which are charging 12000-14000 per year for the same course. from my point of view it was a good college if we talk about the fees.
