St.Xavier's college is situated few blocks from the Arabian Sea in Thumba , a suburb of Trivandrum which is the capital of Kerala. The college has very good infrastructure felicities such as smart classrooms, a very good library, one football ground and a cricket stadium. The majority of the faculty members have doctoral degrees and are well versed in their area of study. My college gave me the opportunity to think freely and boundlessly. All the activities in the college are student driven. The college respected the student's individuality and supported all their abilities including sports and arts. with studies, there were all the opportunities for students to excel in sports and arts as well. I understood the true meaning of friendship from my college. My college has a very good garden where we made a lot of memories. I was disappointed with my college placements because only one company came for recruitment. The college didn't have a boys hostel since most of the students came from nearby places only. The college doesn't attract a diverse crowd because of its remote location. The location where the college is situated does not have a good reputation. The tuition fee is affordable because it's a government-aided college.
