    Whether you will qualify for second level will depend on the cutoff marks for your state  which in turn will depend on how your fellow competitors performed in the exam. Meanwhile to get an idea , you can check the previous year cutoffs , they vary a lot

    As there is no fixed sectional distribution in SAT i can't say exact marks.

    For reasoning test it is 400-1600 marks.

    For subject test it is 200-800 marks.

    SAT does not have any minimum score as the qualifying marks.
    The total marks of the exam is 2400 and it depends on the university which score it intakes.
    A score around 1800-2000 and above it are considered very good.

    600 is the lowest and 2400 is the highest. Most universities considers a score of 1800 has competitve. SATs don't have passing marks

    Considering your marks you should qualify for stage 2,however nothing can be said without looking at the cutoff as it depends on several factors.

    So,till the time anything official isn't announced,it is difficult to tell anything.
