It'll be difficult to say if you would be eligible for the second stage of NTSE 2019 since the NTSE cut off is expected to show a major change this year due to the change in the exam pattern. The qualifying cut off for NTSE 2019 is 40% and 32% for General/OBC and SC/ST categories. The SAT score is valid for 5 years, so you can start preparing side by side and give the exam and get the score and look for the application date of the university and apply accordingly.

Hello Chakki, NITT is a great institute and EEE branch is also good, for upgradation it is quite difficult as the cutoff for CS in NITT/K/W always remain at 2400.

Yes. In abroad universities ask for your marksheet either from class eighth or class ninth to twelfth.
