You do have a great number of students having an average academic record in the above Top Management Institutes as well as at IIMs. Some even have a Poor Graduation Score, but again they have the qualities and communication skills to impress at an interview and perform brilliantly in CAT, XAT, NMAT and other Top MBA Entrance Examinations, to overweigh their Poor Past Academic Record.
I personally know one of my seniors at college, having around 80-90% in 10/12 and a 7 CGPA in Graduation, ended up with 99.91 in CAT and Cracked IIML and a couple of more Good IIMs.
NMIMS is a good place to study for BCOM hons. The university offers good infrastructure to the students as well as have well designed curriculum for the course. In the university there are well experienced faculty members which can make your study experience better. Also the university offers placements in which you can get a perspective to get placed.
So overall NMIMS is good for studying BCOM and if you get a chance to study there then don't think of it hard. The university will leave you with no complains at all.

First of all, congratulations on getting selected in NMIMS. Now, coming to your question, no you do not need to appear for their examination if you got selected by your LSAT scores. It's their private examination for students who want to apply on for that specific college. Hope this was helpful.

Hello aspirant,
NMIMS is very good for placements as placements in NMIMS is better than XUB,XUB have residential programs, whereas you will not able to get the whole experience of campus and environment in NMIMS.
The average salary for XUB is around 15.42 lakhs and highest package is around 26 lakhs,.
Whereas the average salary in NMIMS is around 17 lakhs and the highest package is around 30.37 lakhs.
Overall if you can get admission in NMIMS it's very good if you take admission in this College, as the overall performance, opportunities and scope of growth is higher than the XUB.
But if XUB is preferable for you, you can opt for this college also, as it's on you how good you can prepare and study for better placements and career growth.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck
