These are good private law colleges which take admissions through CLAT ranks. A lot of factors affect the cut-off and this is difficult to predict. However, according to past trends the cut off for Nirma goes till 3000 while the cut-off for NMIMS usually goes till 4000 .

To answer your question, NO. All the students of premier B-schools in India do not have the above criteria. Though they are preferred, but what all the students have is a good profile, with good academics, and good co-curricular and extra-curricular.
