Benchmarked for quality and contemporary connections with the undergraduate structures in apex universities worldwide, our programme incorporates lively theoretical lectures, hands-on practical sessions, tutorials, classroom presentations, and take-home assignments. Furthermore, field trips, study tours, projects, and intensive internships help add to the depth of learning in the programme.
The BA(MC) undergraduate programme prepares students to create content in Multimedia Journalism, Film Studies, Film Production, Theories of Communication, Editing, Online Journalism, Cinema Studies, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Passed Standard XII (10+2) or equivalent examination from any recognized Board with a minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade (45% Marks or equivalent grade for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribes. Applicants expecting their 12th results may also apply. It is incumbent upon them to furnish proof of securing a minimum of 50% (45% for SC/ST) aggregate marks, or equivalent grades.
- Students opting for Honors with Research must earn a 7.5 CGPA and above at the end of Semester-6 and eligibility criteria for the multiple entries would be as per University's Lateral Entry Rules for FYUG Programmes

The college infrastructure is so good. I would definitely recommend coming here. The classrooms are very spacious and inviting. They offer apple Macbooks in the third year which makes us industry ready.
Scmc is one of the best colleges for media in India.

The infrastructure of the college is very good. The living spaces are the hostels which are clean but not that hygienic. Good smart boards, big classrooms, air conditioning in all classrooms make it very easy for students.
