24 MonthsBachelor of Education (B.Ed) is a two-year full-time undergraduate course approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and offered by Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates with at least 50 % marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and/or in the Master’s degree or any other qualification declared equivalent thereto, are eligible for admission to the programme. Any candidate with 49.99% or fewer marks would not be eligible.
The reservation for SC/ST/OBC and other categories shall be as per the rules of the Central Government/State Government, whichever is applicable. There shall be a relaxation of 5 % marks in favour of SC/ST/OBC and other categories of candidates. Candidates with 44.99% marks or less would not be eligible.
Admission Details
Admission shall be made on merit based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination and/or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the state government/U.T. Administration and the university.
