There are seven courses of diploma, such as Music Teachers Training, Vocal, Veena, Violin, Thavil, Nadaswaram, and Bharathanatyam. The courses range from 1 to 3 years. Candidates need to prove their ability by a practical test or audition.
There are four undergraduate programmes: BA Vocal, BA Veena, BA Violin, and BA Bharathanatyam. They are three-year full-time courses. The eligibility for bachelor programmes is much stricter, and they require the students to have a good foundation in their respective art forms.
