Since this year cutoff has not been declared yet, according to previous year cutoffs you do need about 550+ to be safe. But you might be able to get admission here since it is a private college. You do have 92.5 percentile which is advantageous in admission. Please

You may get a seat in Mahatma Gandhi Mission's Medical College - Aurangabad if past year unreserved cut off is considered. Attention old cut off are not suitable as they modify for increase in candidates, seat matrix, paper level, home state.

Last year the closing marks for any government medical college was lowest to around 565+ marks for general category,
The closing marks of Terna Medical college is usually around 490 after the mop-up round. So, you don't have any chances there .
However, you can try for other good private colleges like-
Rural Medical College,
MGM Medical college and Hospital,
Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences.
