The college has good networking for an alumni association. 

The former students of the institute are the foundation and one of the biggest assets of the institute. The alumni group is a forum shared by students, faculty, and alumni with the theme of “Link, Care & Share” for each other. The alumni are a source of stimulation for the new students. Thus, to build this network between alumni and present students for the development of the institute and to uncover opportunities for them.

The Alumni Cell continuously endeavors to strengthen the relations of the alumni of TMES with themselves. Alumni Insights at TMES offers different opportunities for its Alumni community to get associated with the College activities/programs.

The college library is a collection of materials, books, or media that are accessible for use and not just for display purposes. A library provides physical (hard copies) or digital access (soft copies) to materials, and may be a physical location, a virtual space, or both. A library’s collection can include printed materials and other physical resources in many formats, such as DVD, CD, and cassette, as well as access to information, music, or other content held on bibliographic databases. The Library is well equipped with modern facilities and resources (print and electronic) in the form of CD-ROMS, DVD-ROMS, books, journals,  reports, and back volumes of periodicals. It has also developed a full-fledged Digital Library equipped with the necessary tools to provide various digital library services.TMES library has a spacious Reading Room for students to read books and journals. The Library has developed the Open Access System facility for students to search and borrow Books. The Book Bank facility is also available for all UG and PG students.

The college organizes various indoor and outdoor games such as cricket, volleyball, badminton, carom, pool, table tennis, etc., as “KAUSHALYA” every year. 

The college students are endowed with the best of IT facilities for pooling their theoretical and practical knowledge into a distinctive benefit. The network consists of servers running heterogeneous operating systems, which enable students to get exposure to multiple operating environments.

The college has a department-based laboratory facility for the students.
