The college infrastructure contains of various departments within the academic building like physiology, pathology, microbiology, biochemistry etc. Each and every department along with others in hospital provides the best and advanced equipments necessary.

In neet 2019,  251 marks was the lowest marks that was required for st category for getting a mbbs seat in  a government medical college under Tripura state quota and it was for  Agartala Government Medical College, Agartala
