There is a state-of-the-art library with more than 32,739 books, 6,451 titles, and 126 journals. Besides this, it offers indoor and outdoor sporting facilities like table tennis, chess, cricket, and football for the sports lovers. In addition, it guarantees a well-kept gym and a health centre equipped with first-aid facilities.
It offers a total of 23 courses in 5 degrees with variable specializations comprising different Engineering fields, Computer Science, and Management Studies. Programs offered in the institution are reasonably versatile to meet different academic interests. The TGPCET offers 13 undergraduate programs at UG level, out of which BE in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering, are a few to mention. These include 6 postgraduate courses, viz., MBA, MCA, many more M.Tech specializations. Along with that, 5 diploma courses too are provided.

Admission to TGPCET is strictly on the basis of merit and in accordance with the guidelines of the Competent Authorities. Admissions to undergraduate engineering programs are based purely on the performance of candidates in JEE Main and MHT-CET. In the case of an MBA, a non-zero score in CAT / CMAT / MAT / MAH MBA CET is mandatory, while MAH MCA CET is considered for MCA. GATE results would be considered for M.Tech. The institution caters to only local students, wherein 100% of the students hail from within the state. The prime objective of this institute is to impart quality education that may help in building successful careers.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure of Gaikwad patil college is awesome.You will find well maintained libararies,sport centres,classrooms and laboratories .Canteen is clean and found is hygenic.Lab is well equipted .There is wifi connection .Conferrence room and computer labs are very well maintained .
