Good training and proper mentorship

Union christian training college has proper and decent infrastructure as per my experience in the college. The buildings are clean and proper . Classes are bright and good for study and training, overall good.
Academics
Academically the college provides good and proper training that a student or trainee needs to undergo for proper assessment later on also the faculty and staffs are well trained and they do mentor students for results
Placements
The college doesn't provide placement. It trains individuals mainly for SSC to get into teaching jobs in West Bengal. I did my course even after I already had a job. It was essential for my career growth
