36 MonthsGeneral Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by the Karnataka State Diploma in Nursing Examination Board, Bangalore, approved by the Indian Nursing Council (INC).
Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate who has passed the 10+2 with English and must have obtained a minimum of 40% at the qualifying examination and English individually from any recognized board. Candidates are also eligible for State Open Schools, recognized by the State Government, and National Institute of Open Schools (NIOS), recognized by the Central Government. However, science is preferable.
- 10+2 with English, having 40% of marks in the vocational ANM course from a school recognized by the Indian Nursing Council.
- 10+2 with English, having 40% marks in Vocational Stream-Healthcare Science from a recognized CBSE board/State/Centre.
- Registered ANM with a pass mark.
- The candidate should be at least 17 years of age. The upper age limit is 35 years.
