The college has a boy’s hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students and the hostel name is Gnana Gangotri Hostel.

The college has a girls' hostel facility which provides good hostel accommodation for the students and the hostel's name is CHW4 Hostel.

The College has a Health Centre with a regular doctor and all the necessary equipment to take care of the health issues of the students, teaching, and nonteaching staff. The center regularly organizes health camps in collaboration with reputed hospitals.

The College Library was started to render the needs of Undergraduate students and the evening college library was to cater to the needs of evening college students at two different places on the college campus. After the introduction of PG courses, these two libraries were merged together as Post Graduate College Secunderabad Library in a separate block for all the UG and PG Students. The present Library block foundation was laid by Prof. Navaneeth Rao, the then Vice-Chancellor, of Osmania University on 3rd may 1991 and was inaugurated by Prof. M. Malla Reddy, Vice-Chancellor, of Osmania University on 30th September 1992. The library automation has been initiated by Sri. B. Kishan, Assistant Librarian in the month of February 2011, and all the housekeeping operations have been started from the academic year 2011-12. The library has around 56,000 books including books for competitive exams and 20 subject journals, 15 Magazines, and 12 Newspapers regularly.

The College has a sprawling playground, which facilitates the students to play cricket, volleyball, throwball, softball, basketball, baseball, shuttle court, kabaddi, and other outdoor games. The Physical Education Department also has one huge Sports Complex, which facilitates the students to play indoor games like chess, caroms, and table tennis, etc. Our students are encouraged to participate in intercollegiate, inter-university, state, and national-level games and sports.

The college has a departmental-based laboratory facility for the students.
