General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) is a three-year full-time diploma program offered by Pandit Bhagwat Dayal Sharma University of Health Sciences, Rohtak.


Eligibility Criteria

  1. Minimum and maximum age for admission will be 17 and 35 years respectively. For ANM / LHV, there is no age bar.
  2. Minimum education-
  3. 10+2 class passed or its equivalent preferably with science (physics, chemistry and Biology) subjects with aggregate 45% marks.
  4. Those who have cleared 10+2 vocational ANM course from the school recognized by Indian Nursing Council.
  5. ANM training i.e. 10+11/2 years training should also have passed +2 or its equivalent examination.

The admission procedure can be laid down by the concerned State Nursing Council / Nursing
