72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) program in Law shall be for a minimum duration of two years, excluding coursework, and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Goa University, Taleigao Plateau, Goa.
Eligibility Criteria
The candidate shall have an LLM degree from a recognized University, securing an aggregate of 55% marks or its equivalent.
Admission Details
A candidate desirous of seeking registration for a Ph.D. Degree at this research center, he/she has to follow the rules and regulations mentioned under Ordinance OB-9A, of the Goa University Ordinance governing the Ph.D. degree.
