The college was previously known as Mahadevrao Salgaocar College of Law, but after it was renamed in honour of Vassudev M. Salgaocar who was a Philanthropist. The college infrastructure is really great and the college provide the library having most of the books. The classroom is neat and clean and having proper sitting space. There is having the pc in all departments and wi-fi too. Hygiene Campus.
