72 MonthsDoctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) programe in Periodontology shall be for a minimum duration of three years, including course work and a maximum of six years. Extension beyond the above limits will be governed by the relevant clauses as stipulated in the Statute/Ordinance of the individual Institution concerned, offered by Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
Eligibility Criteria
The Candidate must have passed A postgraduate degree (MDS) in the respective dental subject from any approved Indian University/its constituent and affiliated college recognized by the Dental Council of India.
Admission Details
The admission of the Candidates for Ph.D. Degree shall be based on Merit of Ph.D. ENTRANCE TEST (PET) conducted by the MUHS University.
The Entrance test shall be a qualifying test with 50% qualifying marks for Open category candidates and 45% qualifying marks for Reserved Category candidates in both the papers of the Entrance test.
