Everything is dependent on your aspirations. MSc chemistry in IIT's have good recruitments rates so it is a good choice for you. If you want to shift your field then only go for MCA or keep up with chemistry. I think it will be the best for you.

I have passed my class 12th from Aligarh Muslim University in the year 1992 with PCM group. Now I want to have biology as one of the subject at my senior secondory school. This is so in order to become eligible to appear in NEET. How is that possible? Please guide me.

Having Biology as an additional subject means you should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or any other subject but ave Biology as an additional subject in the same Academic year. Pursuing Biology as an additional singular subject doesn't qualify you for NEET. What you can do

College Infrastructure

Aligarh Muslim University has a very large and green campus with well-established infrastructure. It includes spacious classrooms, central and departmental libraries, laboratories, hostels, sports complexes, and medical facilities. Though some buildings are old, they are functional and regularly maintained, providing a good academic environment.
