hi,
after completing diploma in mechanical engineering , you may apply for bachelors of technology course as lateral entry , and may take admission in second year of b.tech course. you are eligible to take b.tech course in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering etc. also you may do certificate courses on cam/ cam, catia like mechanical softwares from msme. however mechanical engineering has well demand in industry and have good future ahead if you work hard and sincere at your studies.
Everything is dependent on your aspirations. MSc chemistry in IIT's have good recruitments rates so it is a good choice for you. If you want to shift your field then only go for MCA or keep up with chemistry. I think it will be the best for you.
This is my opinion and may be different from you. But you should conduct a research about both of the fields and then only reach a conclusion.
I hope my answer helps. All the very best for your future endeavors!

Having Biology as an additional subject means you should have completed your 12th with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or any other subject but ave Biology as an additional subject in the same Academic year. Pursuing Biology as an additional singular subject doesn't qualify you for NEET. What you can do is may be take up your 12th in NIOS again. That way you will be eligible for NEET. And to be eligible for NEET, you should have completed your 12th, passed in all subjects and secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST. Now if you belong to OBC Category, the Category you belong to should be also listed in the Central OBC list. Or else you will be considered as General Category and so you have to secure a minimum aggregate of 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. This 50% is inclusive of the Theory and Practical marks scored in Physics, Chemistry and Biology collectively. You needn't score 50% in Physics, 50% in Chemistry and 50% in Biology separately. You need an aggregate of 50% or 40% depending on your Category as an aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. And along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology, you should also have studied English as one of the core subjects in your 12th.

AMU's infrastructure is a mix of old and new, with historic buildings and modern facilities. The library and research centers are well-equipped, providing ample resources for students. However, some buildings and classrooms could benefit from renovation and modernization. Overall, the infrastructure supports academic pursuits, but there's room for improvement to enhance the overall student experience.
The college infrastructure is well-maintained and student-friendly. Classrooms are spacious, well-ventilated, and equipped with projectors for smart learning. The library has a vast collection of books and journals. Laboratories are modern and fully functional, aiding hands-on learning. The campus is clean with green spaces, Wi-Fi availability, and proper sanitation facilities. Hostel accommodation is good with decent food and security. However, more seating areas and updated sports facilities would improve the overall experience.
Aligarh Muslim University contains Asia most biggest library in which there is almost books of all the stream our university also contains guest hostel which is available for students guardian and parents university has a very big sports grounds for all kind of sports but the buildings of university is some how very old and it need to be maintained properly
