The faculty members at AMU are highly qualified, experienced, and supportive. Many professors have backgrounds in corporate settings, research experience, or hold doctoral degrees. They help students not only with academics but also with interview preparation and industry exposure.
College Infra
The infrastructure at AMU is impressive and creates a rich academic environment. The campus is large and peaceful. Facilities like Wi-Fi, digital classrooms, and department libraries effectively support learning. The management and analytics labs are functional, although some departments need upgrades.
Placements
About 70 to 75% of students find jobs, with several reputable companies visiting the campus annually. Instead of the names you mentioned, companies like Hindustan Unilever, ICICI Lombard, Ernst & Young (EY Support Services), Asian Paints, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Dabur, and Tata AIG have recruited students from recent classes.

Academics
The teachers of the B.Com department are well-trained and experienced. All of them are very friendly and cooperative. They assist students in studies as well as in personal issues when needed. Many teachers offer their phone numbers to students and clarify doubts at any time.
College Infra
The library is very large and there is a vast collection of commerce, law, and business-related study material. Wi-Fi is present in some areas of the campus, and classrooms are large, though not all have digital amenities. Hostel facility exists, but they have strict policies—outsiders are prohibited, and even family members can only meet with permission.
Placements
The minimum package that is offered is about ₹12,000–₹18,000 per month, and the job is primarily accounts or back-office related. Few firms such as Kotak Securities, Shriram Finance, and local audit companies come for recruitment, but the chances are few compared to professional courses such as MBA or Engineering.

1. You must have completed Class 12 with a minimum of 50% aggregate, including English and three relevant subjects.
Admission is based on performance in AMU’s BA (Hons.) Entrance Test (not CUET).
The program is a full-time, three-year degree with around 25 seats reserved for women.
To apply, keep an eye on AMU’s official ‘Guide to Admissions’ brochure, register for the entrance exam, pay the application fee (typically around rs. 850 plus potential late fee), and select your exam city carefully.

I am confused whether I should go for online bcom from a Central University (Aligarh Muslim University) or local colleges with a regular bcom degree in my city

If you want flexibility and a reputed university name,an online B.com from AMU is a good choice.It let's you study from home and it is helpful if you've other plans or a job.But there is no campus life and class room learning and some people and employers still prefer regular degrees.
Choose online B.com at AMU if you want flexibility and a reputed name.Choose a regular B.com at a local college if you want campus life,class room vibe etc.both are valid
