Initially bhu was better one as it was giving preference for internal students. But now there is no such type of internal preference so now AIIMS will the better choice plus the brand tag of aiims also works . Facilities like mess, hostel etc. have been quite old

As you mentioned ,that you have secured 51 rank in st category ; you have higher chances of getting a medical seat in AIIMS bhopal or bhubaneshwar even in new delhi ,if we consider last year's cutoff .

Pgims rohtak would be a better choice for you to opt because among all the AIIMS, AIIMS bhopal ranking is not quite good enough. When we compare AIIMS bhopal with pgims then pgims ranking is much better than AIIMS rohtak. It has better infrastructure, better facilities.
