As you haven't mentioned about which aiims you are talking about and which category you belong to so i won't be able to give you accurate information.
Now as far as i have researched the cutoff for AIIMS in neet maybe as follows as per previous year records:-
General-662 to 667
Obc-652 to 655
Sc-605 to 610
St-580 to 585
Moreover you can refer to the link mentioned below:-

Hello Aspirant,
See for admission to AIIMS you need to appear for NEET and if you have scored 50% then you will be eligible for NEET provided that you must have secured minimum aggregate of 60% separately in theory as well as practical part in your class 12th/PUC with Physics, Biology and Chemistry as mandatory subjects and also in your curriculum English subject should also be there and this is if you belongs to General/OBC category. if You belongs to SC/ST then the criteria for AIIMS MBBS would be 50% in 12th,
As there is no upper age limit for NEET but there is minimum age limit for NEET which is 17 years which means that if you want to appear for NEET 2021 the you must have completed your 17 years on December 31st 2021, if all above eligibility criteria are fulfilled by you then you can appear for NEET UG 2021 and can get AIIMS through AIQ counselling if you score good marks. Hello,
If you want to get admission in any medical colleges which government or private including AIIMS you have to give NEET examination. NEET is national eligibility cum entrance test for medical admission in any colleges in India. If you are qualifying with very good rank like top most rank then after counselling you will get Delhi AIIMS college. It's very tough to get high rank but if you study well and prepare hard for NEET examination then you will get definitely AIIMS Delhi.

Hi
You have tagged aiims mbbs so I am guessing that you are inquiring about MBBS course.
No, there is no separate entrance examination for admission in MBBS in AIIMS .
Earlier there used to be AIIMS MBBS entrance examination but last year it got scrapped off and now admission in all the medical colleges including AIIMS for MBBS is through Neet examination only.
One important thing to note is though AIIMS MBBS entrance examination has been scrapped off and now admission is through Neet examination but percentage requirement in 12th to be eligible for Aiims is still the same .
For your reference,
Aiims eligibility criteria is given below:-
to be eligible you must be either appearing for 12th board examination or should have passed 12th board examination with physics, chemistry ,biology and English and must have got:-
at least 60 % in aggregate of PCB and English in 12th examination if belongs to general /obc category
at least 50% in aggregate of PCB and English if belongs to st/ Sc

https://www.aiimsexams.org/pdf/MBBS-2020%20update%20%7BProspectus).pdf
As admission in aiims is thorough neet , so you need to appear in neet and thus you need to be eligible for it as well.
