Hello Aspirant,
See all AIIMS are top known Central Medical colleges of India and therefore there is huge competition for it but seats are fixed and with 5% horizontal reservation quota for PwD category there total 28 seats reserved for General PwD category students. So if you score around 400 and belongs to General PwD category then there are quite less chances that you might get any of the AIIMS but still we cannot guarantee because cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on. For complete details about AIIMS MBBS reservation you can check out the link given below :-

AIIMS are considered as one of the top medical colleges in India. AIIMS Mangalagiri is a new established college, its first batch started in 2018 and the construction work of campus is still going on. Faculty is recruited through JIPMER which ensuresbest quality of teaching. OPD has been started and there is good inflow of patients. it is still associated to SMC, Vijayawada since the campus is being constructed. Well, getting admission in AIIMS is very difficult as you need to hard work to secure a good rank among lakhs of students. And it is itself a tag of brand.
