Congratulations on your marks it in the best rank that anyone could have . Choosing any aiims is a great decision and AIIMS has always been top rated medical College's in India with high modern standard facilities . If you have still options available then trying for Delhi AIIMs will be slight better . But AIIMs Bhopal is a great choice and you can also compare it with other AIIMs .

According to the 2019 cutoff, I don't think you will get a seat in AIIMS. The lowest range of ranks which are eligible to apply is 2500-2800.

IF YOU ARE A GENERAL CATEGORY STUDENT, THEN YOUR RANK SHOULD BE AROUND 50 TO 100.

IF YOU ARE FROM OBC, THEN YOUR RANK SHOULD BE AROUND 230 TO 290.

IF YOU ARE FROM ST, THEN YOUR RANK SHOULD BE AROUND 1500 TO 2000.

IF YOU ARE FROM SC, YOUR RANK SHOULD BE AROUND 2500 TO 2800.

I believe GSVM Kanpur being an older institution has better infrastructure, faculty, research and hosptal facilities. Unlike Engineering, Medical Education is not about any brand like IIT, AIIMS but more about the depth in education and better training prospects.

However if AIIMS Gorakhpur is at your vicinity you can prefer that over GSVM Kanpur. Do keep an eye on the counselling procedure and dates.

It really does not matter which college you have done your Undergraduate MBBS degree from. You still can get admissions into the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, New Delhi. For your Postgraduate education. All you need to do is Pass your MBBS with good marks and clear the cutoff for AIIMS Delhi in the AIIMS PG Entrance Examination.

There are approximately 1100 MBBS seats in all branches of AIIMS across India and SC Category has 7.5 reservation which means with an All India Rank of 45151, the chances of a seat in AIIMS are tad difficult. . AIIMS will conduct admission to all of its 1100 seats through NEET score through All India Counselling and so State wise cut offs do not matter here. And if you belong to OBC, if your target College is Delhi branch, then you should aim for atleast 625. But if it is Jodhpur or Bibinagar or Guntur, 600 also will do. Firstly congrats for such an amazing score. As per last years cutoff 545 was a safe score for a SC category candidate to get government seat through state level quota.So there are chances of yours to get overnment college in Haryana.Some of the expected medical college with your score are:

firstly congratulations for your rank.You can definetly fetch good AIIMS and top government colleges.Its tough to exactly say which college you can get because the cutoffs change every year .But we can predict your chances with previous year analysis.seats are  less in AIIMS like AIIMS colleges has only 51 seats for UR.so you can have chances for fetching seat as you have good rank ,if not you can fetch good top government college for mbbs.your possibilites are
