Gagan, this is the first time that AIIMS is conducting its admissions its MBBS course based on NEET score. So it is difficult to predict as to how might the cut offs be. And because the admissions will happen through All India Counselling, one can assume the cut offs to be quit high. Cut offs depend on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So you will need atleast 650-675 for a seat in AIIMS Delhi. To help you with your NEET preparation, we have NEET Knockout packages that you can check at: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/. To help you during admission and counselling, we have https://www.careers360.com/mbbs-companion.

Salary of post graduate students pursuing M D in any medical program in all branches of AIIMS is same ie ninety thousand per month. It is shocking but true. That's why it is AIIMS. This is highest paid salary in India for PG students in AIIMS.
Admission to post basic Nursing in AIIMS is done through an entrance examination named AIIMS Nursing conducted by AIIMS. This is an online examination. Examination is conducted for admission to 50 seats available for BSc Post Basic Nursing.
