This year 2020 the AIIMS PG exam was conducted twice once in january and in july. Over 30,000 students have appeared for the exam this year.If you have missed the exam or didn't score well AIIMS has released the 2021 dates you can prepare accordingly.

Hello there, for admission in AIIMS Delhi your all india rank should around 40 -50 according to the marks of student in the first shift. Hence score would be a around 140- 145 will be pretty much good .

In 2019, under State Quota, 610 was the cut off for AFMC. And you haven't mentioned your Category. But for AIIMS, as this is the first time, we are not sure of the cut offs yet. But you may get a seat in AIIMS Bibinagar, Guntur, Rishikesh, etc with this

So just to answer your question, your Provisional Registration is good.
