Hello.
As you are familiar that this is the very first time when AIIMS is included into NEET, so there is not any previous record on which we could predict  marks required for unreserved category for getting admission into AIIMS, but from the past year record if there was the AIIMS exam so for unreserved category if a candidate had top ranks then only then he would be eligible for getting into AIIMS so same will happen here , to be at the safer side you can expect your rank under hundred for getting into AIIMS.
Best of luck.

Hello there

It's very difficult to predict how much marks in neet examination can get you admission in jipmer for your mbbs as this is the first time when admission in jipmer will be through your neet examination.

Also the cut off marks will depend on various factors like:-
  • number of students that appeared in the neet exam,
  • kind of marks obtained by them ,
  • toughness level of the examination etc.

But yes , jipmer is one of the top most colleges in India so competition will be high for admission in jipmer which will result in its high cut off marks

So , being an obc category student you should target at least 650 marks or more in your neet examination if you want to fet a seat in jipmer for your mbbs .

Thanks

dear Aspirant,

Becoming a professor in these colleges is not a simple task. You need to be qualified enough to apply to these institutes. Qualifications varies from masters to PHDs to research papers. Some posts require work experience too. For example in AIIMS the required qualification is Fourteen years teaching and/or research experience in recognized institution in subject specialty after obtaining of M.D./M.S.

Hope this helps. Thank you.

To be eligible for AIIMS B.sc Nirsing, you should have completed your 12th from a recognised board with English, Physics, Chemistry and Biology as mandatory subjects and secured a minimum aggregate of 55% in your 12th. It is 55% for General Category and 50% for SC/ST. This is for B.Sc Hons Nursing. For B.Sc Post Basic Nursing, please visit our page: https://medicine.careers360.com/exams/aiims-nursing

Hello
According to the eligibility criteria for AIIMS , you must have passed STD xii Science with PCB subjects and English from recognized board with minimum of 60% aggregate marks for General category and 50% of aggregate score for SC or ST category.
So if you are from general category, you are not eligible for admission to AIIMS but for any other institutes for neet eligibility, minimum 50% marks are required in PCB for general category and 45% for SC/ St.
If you have scored minimum 50% in PCB then only you can be eligible for appearing in neet .

All The Best!!

Rohit, ranks keep changing every year and so going by ranks cannot be reliable. Even cut offs change every year but atleast we can have a fair idea going by the marks of previous years.  Admissions to AIIMS will happen through All India Counselling. In 2019, the cut off for General Category was 98.75. Now AIIMS had a different pattern than NEET. While AIIMS was conducted for 200 marks, NEET is conducted for 720 marks. So it is difficult to predict the exact scores that you might need. But to give you a vague idea, you will need atleast 675 and above. This is just a calculation based on the cut offs for 2019.
