Greetings aspirant,
To get admission into AIl India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS), Delhi, you need to give NEET-UG exam which is conducted for admission in various medical colleges for MBBS courses. As per last year's data analysis, you need to get a percentile score above 98.2 to get a MBBS seat in AIIMS and a rank under AIR 30 for AIIMS, Delhi considering that you belong to general category. Good luck.
Hello Satyajeet,
Last year, AIIMS, New Delhi had decided to give the candidates another opportunity to generate unique codes for final registration for those who had missed the initial dates.
As per the revised dates, codes could be generated till the second week of March. The earlier date to generate codes was from January 29 to February 17.
However, the facility was available, only for those candidates who had completed Basic Registration, but hadn't generated the unique code.
This could be the case this year as well. You have to keep a regular check on the official website of AIIMS for more details on the same.
Hope this helps you. We wish you the best for your future endeavours!
Regards
Hi Satyajeet

Uday, AIIMS released its result in the form of percentiles and NEET releases its result in the form of score. Now AIIMS MBBS was held for 200 marks and NEET is conducted for 720 marks. Considering all these factors, you should score atleast 600 and above even with OBC reservation. This is because AIIMS seats are filled through All India Quota which means every eligible Candidate can claim stake for a seat in AIIMS. So any score less than 600, might put you in a tight spot.
Hi there,
So far from my research candidates needed to score minimum 50- 60 % for admission in AIIMS in various medical courses. CGPA weihtage is takwn to consideration by the college and the rest of the criteria is ment by the entrance exams.
Hope this will help you.
Thank you
The admission for AIIMS and JIPMER will be through All India Counselling. Admission to AIIMS/JIPMER/Deemed/Central Universities will be conducted by the DGHS on behalf of the NMC according to the rules and regulations of the respective Universities and Institutions. When the official notification is released, eligible candidates should register at mcc.nic.in for admission to Undergraduate Medical Courses. So all the 1500 AIIMS seats and 200 of JIPMER seats will be filled up through All India Counselling.
Shubham, now all AIIMS seats will be filled through All India Quota only. You haven't mentioned your Category but if you look at previous years cut offs for AIIMS MBBS, they were as follows:
General Category: 98.83
OBC: 97.01
SC: 93.65
ST:93.65
Now AIIMS always released the score in the form of percentages and NEET results are declared in the form of marks. And AIIMS was conducted for 200 marks and NEET was conducted for 720 marks. And having said all these, cut offs depend on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. So irrespective of your Category, your NEET score should be atleast 650 and above.
hello aspirant.
the best of your result will be considered for the admission procedure, so the session which you scored better whether it is november or the july session, that would be taken into consideration. so try to get excellent rank in the july session so that your november rank will not be taken into consideration.
hope this helps
all the best
