From 2020, there is no AIIMS. NEET is the entrance exam for admission to AIIMS Delhi and all its branches. So if you want to apply for AIIMS, you have to appear for NEET 2020. The eligibility criteria are as follows:

Yes this is of AIIMS and jipmer will be alloted on the basis of the marks you will obtain in NEET. As the seats of jipmer and AIIMS are merged with Neet entrance test so according to the marks you will obtain in NEET you will obtain a medical college on that basis. I hope this is helpful for you

yes if you want to take admission in jipmer and AIIMS then you have to appear in NEET and you have to score really good marks in NEET. And on the basis of the marks you will obtain in need you will get a seat in medical colleges accordingly. so if you want to get admission in jipmer or aiims so on the basis of the marks you will get in neet you will be accessed. For central universities and collages you need central EWS certificate not any state or local certificate is valid. So State EWS in local language is not valid for AIIMS Delhi PG. So you should get central EWS certificate that is acceptable by AIIMS Delhi.
