As AIIMS and JIPMER have both decided to stop their entrance exams for UG this year and take admissions on the basis of NEET UG 2020 scores, the competition is expected to increase and as the percentile system is based on relative performance, so is the difficulty.

For now all we know is that candidates are going to be selected for AIIMS colleges through NEET exam starting from this year. So, you must secure a better rank in NEET to stand a chance of getting into AIIMS.
As for the counseling process, AIIMS hasn't launched
Dear Sakshi, yes it's true that admission in all the AIIMS colleges will be through NEET score.
From this year only AIIMS and JIPMER has been scrapped off. So, there will be no individual exams for them. There will be only single exam for admission in medical colleges i.e. NEET.
