As AIIMS and JIPMER have both decided to stop their entrance exams for UG this year and take admissions on the basis of NEET UG 2020 scores, the competition is expected to increase and as the percentile system is based on relative performance, so is the difficulty.

For now all we know is that candidates are going to be selected for AIIMS colleges through NEET exam starting from this year. So, you must secure a better rank in NEET to stand a chance of getting into AIIMS.

As for the counseling process, AIIMS hasn't launched

Till now, there is no official notification regarding the change in pattern of NEET 2020. Total number of questions come in NEET is 180. 90 questions from Physics and Chemistry and 90 from Biology. Each question carries 4 marks. And 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong response.

All India institute of medical sciences,New Delhi,conducts the entrance exam for admission in B.Sc (Hons) Nursing/B.Sc nursing(post-basic)/B.sc(paramedical )courses.candidates can register for AIMS B.Sc nursing enlntrance exam through PAAR process online at aiimsexams.org. the entrance test is conducted at all India level for admission in AIMS Delhi, and other AIIMS.

Dear Sakshi, yes it's true that admission in all the AIIMS colleges will be through NEET score.

From this year only AIIMS and JIPMER has been scrapped off. So, there will be no individual exams for them. There will be only single exam for admission in medical colleges i.e. NEET.

Paramedical courses offered at AIIMS are B.Sc in Medical Technology in Radiography and
Bachelor of Optometry.
Bachelor of Optometry is a 4 years course and B.Sc in Medical Technology in Radiography is a 3 years course. It also offers B.Sc nursing which is a 4 years course. Entrance

I would like to tell you that AIIMS offers a undergraduate paramedical course.
It's a B.Sc.(Hons.) Medical Technology and B.Sc. (Hons.) Opthalmic Techniques.
The duration of the course is 3 years.
To get enrolled in this course you need to give AIIMS Paramedical Exam.
