Hey,
The cutoff is subjected to variations every year depending on the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the difficulty level of the examination and the reservation category of the candidates.
If we take into consideration the previous years cutoff, then a percentile score of 90 is generally favourable for you to get a Seat in AIIMS,New Delhi under Scheduled Caste Category.
Hope this helps.
Good luck.

Hi,

Even though the bill has passed there is no confirmed notification stating that from 2020 AIIMS and NEET would be merged. AIIMS is an autonomous institute and therefore it conducts its own exam. So till then, separate AIIMS and NEET exam would be conducted until any official notification release.

In order to know more about NEET and AIIMS exam you can refer following link-

Hello Khushi

It Varies every year

In may 2017 rank 32…that year neuro mch seat finished at 25 approx…

may 2018 last mch neuro seat went upto 54 rank….there were 3 seats….

But to be in safe side you must have a rank under 20 or may be under 10.

Phewwww double digit it is, and sometimes single digit too but after all you are talking about the top cardiology seat.

Dear Aishwarya, ypu shpuld complete 10+2 as a whole. If Mathematics is one of your subjects in your 10+2, you shpuld pass in Mathematics as well. Only then would you be considered as 10+2 pass and be eligible for NEET. Based on your Category  you should score 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology. It is 50% for General Category, 45% for PWD and 40% for OBC,SC,ST.
