For all medical students only one exam will be conducted for admission in MBBS BAMS bhms bums etc. All colleges which are allotted through JIPMER and AIIMS will also be allotted through Neet only.

Yes , you are right, since AIIMS UG entrance exam and JIPMER exam has been merged with NEET UG exam, so you cannot give aiims and Jipmer now , thus NEET is the only exam that medical aspirants can give now, there's no option other than neet

NEET will be common entrance test for admission to MBBS Course from 2020.

Till 2019-2020, there was NEET and AIIMS and JIPMER conducted their own entrance test. But, this is going to change from 2020 onwards.
