With an All India Rank of 2380, getting into AIIMS Delhi for MBBS is highly unlikely especially for the General category as the cutoff for AIIMS Delhi is typically within the top 50-60 ranks . However there are still possibilities for other AIIMS Campuses and other medical colleges

The last rank in the first round for mbbs admission at aiims delhi under general category in 2024 was around 47. For other categories like obc, sc, and st, the ranks were higher. The exact cutoff can vary slightly each year depending on the number of applicants and difficulty level of the exam.

Include all AIIMS in your choice filling — from top ones to newer ones , don’t skip ESIC colleges or state government colleges where SC cut-offs are lower and be patient and stay alert during Round 2 and Mop-up rounds — many students upgrade or drop out.

To check your chances of getting AIIMS, your NEET score, category, and state quota are important. If your score is above 680 (for General category), you have a good chance for top AIIMS like Delhi.

For other AIIMS, a score above 640–660 can also work depending on your category and rank. Cut-offs change every year, so it's better to use a college predictor for more accurate results.
