For AIIMS I would recommend you NCERt as base book for both the subjects but in addition you should solve HC Verma for physics. NCERT for chemistry is more than sufficient for AIIMS. Solving previous years AIIMS and JEE mains will help you a lot.

Yes , you can  pursue your graduation like b.sc in AIIMS but not in microbiology as aiims doesn’t offer b.sc in microbiology. I am extremely sorry to inform you but Aiims doesnt offer graduation  in microbiology i.e b.sc in microbiology,  so you cannot get admission in b.sc in microbiology in AIIMS. The different legs of B.Sc. programmes as offered by AIIMS are as follows:

• B.Sc.(Hons.) Medical
