So if we go through previous years cut-offs (as for this year the counselling is yet to be concluded) then according to that, you should try to score at least 670+ marks out of 720 in NEET UG 2022 because in 2020 the closing cut-offs for AIIMS Nagpur

For mbbs in all  AIIMS including aiims Delhi, admission is on the basis of Neet examination only.  There's no Aiims examination to be given after NEET
